How long must we work ?!?!?!?

S'terday I was in office for a long time till around 8.30pm, that may not be such a late time, but still in this part of the world where I am presently working i.e. Middle East even 6 in the evening is late, mostly here everyone windsup their day in office at 4, people who live in the someother part of the world may think how great but I feel you become lazy..anyway let me come to the point of it all, do we need to really have a fixed time for office.
I heard that tech companies had a very flexible time but I beleive they are also now days coming under the fixed timing hours.
We must also keep one thing in mind industries which run 24 hrs like manufacturing sector and ITES cannot adopt for flexible timing but at the same time they give the option to their employees to change thhe shift once in a while in case of necessity.
While we talk abt this I get a doubt in my mind...if we love what we do...then y do we need a time limit to work. But that throws up a even more bigger question, Is there a limit for everything including LOVE. Think Abt it...and as for me I am still in office today I will be leaving office a little early at 7 and I am going to sleep like a log..

A Happy Cat

There is a story told about a cat who discovered that happiness was in his tail.

He kept trying over and over to get it, but all he could do was run around in circles.

Exhausted and frustrated, with this endless pursuit,, he eventually stopped.

And then, he discovered that if he'd just go on about his life then it would follow him wherever he went.
